Nidra and Reiki

The body knows things the mind hasn’t caught up with yet. These practices create conditions for it to speak, release, and settle. Not through force or performance but through permission.

Yoga Nidra

Sessions work with whatever you’re carrying, stress, grief, pain, sleeplessness, disconnection and create space for the nervous system to genuinely reset.

Yoga Nidra is the practice of conscious sleep, guided into the hypnagogic state between waking and dreaming, where the nervous system can release what it has been holding without the mind needing to manage the process. You don’t need to do anything except arrive and receive.

This is deep relaxation in the truest sense: not surface-level, not effortful, but a genuine letting-go at the level of the body, the breath, and the field of awareness itself. You may sleep. You may surface with startling clarity. Both are right.

Nidra to Bed

A shorter, softer offering — 20 minutes on the phone while you are falling asleep. No screen, no effort. Just my voice, a gentle practice, and the drift into rest.

For those nights when sleep feels out of reach, or when you simply want to be guided across the threshold.

Reiki

A gentle form of energy healing that works with the body’s own capacity to restore balance. Through light touch and clear intention, Reiki settles the nervous system, clears what has stagnated, and brings you back to your own centre.

Reiki is for those who need to be held and restored, without having to do, process, or understand anything. Just receive.
