Sauna as Ceremony

Gather. Rest. Reconnect.

Guided Sauna Sessions

Sauna has long been a place to slow down, connect and restore. My sessions combine the warmth of the sauna with guided relaxation, nature based practices and meaningful moments of connection.Whether you're joining a public event, celebrating with friends or creating a bespoke experience, each session is designed to leave you feeling calmer, more present and deeply refreshed. No previous sauna experience is needed, just a willingness to slow down and enjoy the experience.

Public Sauna Sessions

Throughout the year I facilitate a range of themed sauna experiences, inspired by the changing seasons, nature and the rhythms of the year.

Sessions may include

  • Seasonal rituals

  • Women's circles

  • Yoga Nidra in the sauna

  • Guided meditation

  • Work with the Breath

My Approach

I believe sauna is about much more than heat. It is an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life, reconnect with nature and create space for genuine conversation, rest and reflection. Every session is thoughtfully facilitated to ensure everyone feels welcome, comfortable and able to enjoy the experience in their own way.

Interested in a private booking? I'd love to help create a unique sauna experience for your group.
